How Can You Help HFGR for FREE!

GoodSearch.com uses the Yahoo search engine for Internet searches but with a twist. The founders of GoodSearch have pledged to donate to the school, charity or cause of your choice for every Internet search you perform. The good folks at GoodSearch are working to make supporting HFGR as easy and painless as clicking your mouse. Best of all, GoodSearch does not contain any spyware or adware and never collects any personally identifiable information. There is no registration for end-users to install and use GoodSearch.

With every search you perform GoodSearch will donate approximately $0.01 to HFGR. A penny a search doesn’t sound like much but the more people who use GoodSearch and designate their search proceeds to go to HFGR will quickly add up. To give you an example of how it adds up, if 100 people perform two Internet searches per day using GoodSearch they will have earned $730.00 for HFGR’s mission in one year. If 1,000 people were to perform two searches in a year HFGR will receive $7,300.00 annually.

All you need to do is visit the GoodSearch homepage and type or copy and paste “Heritage Foundation for Germans from Russia” into the box titled “Who do you GoodSearch for?” and press the “verify” button. The box then should read “Heritage Foundation for Germans from Russia (Bismarck, ND)” if it has another name in the “Who do you GoodSearch for?” box click “Clear Selection” and copy and paste “Heritage Foundation for Germans from Russia” to ensure you didn’t have a typo.

To make searching easy the GoodSearch people have created a plug-in for the Firefox, Internet Explorer and, for Mac users, Safari browsers. Visit this page, www.goodsearch.com/toolbars.aspx, and find the plug-in for your browser. If you have cookies enabled in your browser whenever you perform an Internet search, and you have HFGR selected on the GoodSearch home page, you will be donating to HFGR. Remember to designate GoodSearch as your default search engine after installing the browser plug-in.
